Terms of Sale and Website Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. About us

isomum.com is run by ISOMUM Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14650468. Our registered office is Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA.

You can contact us at hello@isomum.com. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address or phone number you gave us with your order.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy products from us on isomum.com. Please read them, together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Pre-order Terms and Privacy Policy, before you place an order. Together they form our agreement with you.

These terms are for consumers buying for personal use. If you are buying for a business, please contact us first.

Orders placed on Amazon are covered by Amazon's terms and policies, not these terms.

3. Our products

Our drinks are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Always read the label, follow the directions for use and do not exceed the recommended daily intake. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or have been advised to limit your salt or sugar intake, speak to your midwife, GP or pharmacist before use.

The information on our website is general information. It is not personal medical advice.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. Some natural settling or residue when mixing is normal, because we do not use synthetic flow agents.

4. Your order and our contract with you

When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation.

We may need to cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or there was an obvious error in the price or description. If this happens, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We take payment in full when you place your order, including for pre-orders.

If we find an obvious pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Pre-orders are covered by our Pre-order Terms.

The products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. You own the products once we have received payment in full.

If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and we will refund you for any products you have not received.

7. Cancelling and returning your order

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched, and you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind about most purchases. Full details, including what we can accept back for health and hygiene reasons, are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Your legal rights

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

If a product is faulty or not as described, or it spoils before its best before date, please contact us at hello@isomum.com. Please include your order number, a photo of the product and the batch number and best before date printed on the pack. We will replace it or refund you. This does not apply to products used after their best before date. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for more details. For full details of your rights, visit Citizens Advice.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms or fail to use reasonable care and skill, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was obvious it would happen, or if we and you both knew it might happen when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.

We supply products for domestic and private use only. We are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

10. Using our website

We try to keep our website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos and the ISOMUM name, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view it and print it for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

You must not misuse our website. This includes introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorised access, placing fraudulent orders, misusing discount codes, or using the website for any unlawful purpose. We may cancel orders or restrict access where we reasonably believe this has happened, and will refund any payment for cancelled orders.

Links to other websites are provided for information only. We are not responsible for the content of other websites.

If you send us reviews, comments or other content, you agree that we may use and share it, for example on our website or social media. We will not use your full name or personal details without your permission. You must not send anything that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

11. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as manufacturer or supply chain delays, carrier disruption, strikes, severe weather or other emergencies. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as we can and try to minimise the effect. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us to cancel and we will refund you for any products you have not received.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.

14. Questions, Concerns and Complaints

If anything isn’t right, with your order, a product or your experience with us, please tell us first. We read every message and we would always rather hear from you directly so we can put it right.

Email hello@isomum.com with your order number and as much detail as you can, including photos if they help. We aim to reply within 2 working days, and we will keep you updated until it is resolved.

If you feel unwell after using one of our products, stop using it, speak to your midwife, GP or pharmacist, and let us know as well. Every report like this is taken seriously and looked into.

15. Other important terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not affect your rights.

You may only transfer your rights under these terms to another person with our written agreement.

Nobody else has any rights under this contract.

If a court decides that any part of these terms is invalid, the rest of the terms will still apply.

If we do not insist straight away that you do something you are required to do under these terms, we can still require you to do it later.

16. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use the courts where you live.
